Meet The Team
Knowwaste Pty Ltd is supported by a large team of experienced field staff who assist with waste audits, bin inspections, contamination assessments, litter surveys, data collection, and on-site project delivery across Australia. Our field team members are experienced working in live operational environments and are trained in safe manual handling, waste sorting, data capture, and stakeholder interactions. This allows Knowwaste to efficiently deliver projects of all sizes, from targeted local audits through to large-scale council and commercial waste assessment programs.
We do not use labour hire and all our staff are Knowwaste employees for quality and data confidentiality purposes.
James Elliman
James applies his environmental and social science background to the development of Knowwaste’s waste and resource recovery research programs.
James uses his industry experience in planning and project management to implement waste and recycling auditing, litter prevention, strategy, and community consultations.

Samantha Williams
Sam Williams (BA Hons) conducts the data reconcilaition form field results and data entry using Knowwaste analysis models. Sam also completes administration management and helps in supporting the Field Manager in monitoring and implementing field staff training and compliance performers.
Sam also has experience in completing focus groups and field surveying.
Isaac Drapper
Isaac Drapper is an accomplished field manager. Jeanne supervises all field staff and is responsible for overall data management and WHS compliance.
